How accurate is the instant number?
The on-screen figure is an indicative valuation built from live market data and held for 7 days. It's firmed on physical inspection — for commodity items like memory it rarely moves; for condition-sensitive items like GPUs the final figure lands within the range shown.
Do I have to give an email to see a price?
No. The first step gives you a number from two questions with no email. We only ask for contact details when you want the valuation sent to you or you're ready to book a collection.
Is collection really free?
Yes, on lots valued over £2,000. That includes de-racking, insured transport and certified erasure — no fees at any stage. Smaller lots may be consolidated with a nearby collection; we'll tell you upfront if anything applies.
What happens to my data?
You choose: NIST 800-88 erasure on your site before anything leaves, certified erasure at our facility, or on-video physical shredding for anything you flag. Every unit is serial-scanned onto a chain-of-custody manifest and you get a certificate of destruction. See Data security.
How soon do I get paid?
By bank transfer within 5 working days of inspection. You'll have the certificate of destruction and asset report before payment is released.
Do you cover my area?
We collect UK-wide. Enter your postcode when you book and we'll schedule the nearest available slot, usually within the week.
What if I only have a few servers, or just loose parts?
We buy single pallets and loose components — memory, CPUs, GPUs, drives, optics. There's a recovery floor on everything, so nothing in a lot goes to zero.
Can you sign an NDA first?
Yes. Send us yours or use ours — either way it's signed before any asset details or site information change hands.
