Data security

Your data never leaves your control

The reason that gear is still in the storage room isn't price. It's that nobody wants to sign the form authorising it to leave. So we built the process around removing that risk, not just the hardware.

  • NIST 800-88 Purge-level erasure, performed on your site before collection if you want it
  • Serial-level chain of custody — every unit scanned at every hop, on a manifest you sign
  • Physical shredding for any drive you flag, recorded on video
  • Certificate of destruction your auditor will accept, issued within 48 hours
  • Written indemnity against data recovery from any media we handle
  • We'll sign your NDA before any details change hands

Three ways to sanitise, your choice

Erase on your site

We bring the kit to you. Drives are wiped to NIST 800-88 and verified before a single unit leaves the building. Nothing with live data crosses your threshold.

Erase at our facility

Sealed, tracked transport to our secure site, then certified erasure with a per-serial report. The default for most collections.

Shred it

For anything too sensitive to leave intact — flag it and we physically destroy the media on video, with the fragments certified.

Standards we work to

The frameworks our erasure and disposal process is built around, so sign-off is easy for your risk and audit teams.

ISO 27001
Information-security framework we operate to
ADISA
Asset-disposal standard we follow
NIST 800-88
Media-sanitisation guidelines we erase to
WEEE
Waste-electricals rules we dispose under

These are the standards our process is built to. Formal certification and registration numbers are shown here only once issued — we don't claim a certification we don't hold.
